At Little Disciples, we want you to be entirely satisfied with your plushie purchase. If, however, you find the need to return an item, please read our return policy carefully:

14 days Return Policy

At Little Disciples, we value your satisfaction with our plushies. Should you find the need to return a product, our policy allows for returns within 14 days of receiving your purchase. We offer the convenience of return labels for a nominal charge, which will be deducted from your refund amount. Please note that we only refund the cost of the goods, excluding shipping fees.

To be eligible for a refund, the returned items must be in their original new condition, with tags still attached. We conduct thorough inspections to ensure products show no signs of usage before issuing a refund.

Despite being a small business, we adhere to the same refund principles as any other retail store; damaged or errored products are not considered free items. Your cooperation and respect for our Return Policy are greatly appreciated as we aim to maintain fairness for all customers.

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will promptly notify you of the approval or denial of your refund or exchange. If approved, refunds will be processed automatically to your original payment method, or your new item will be shipped out. Please bear in mind that the processing time for refunds may vary depending on your bank or credit card company.
